Javier A. Arguello

Javier A. Arguello is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University. Prior to joining Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Johnson & Thompson as an associate in the workers' compensation department, Mr. Arguello worked in both private practice and for the State Industrial Insurance System/Employer's Insurance Company of Nevada. During his six years with the State Industrial Insurance System, Javier argued numerous successful cases before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Mr. Arguello formerly represented insurers, employers and self-insured employers in workers' compensation and related issues. Among the clients he represented are all areas of the construction industry, municipalities, manufacturers, grocery stores, department stores, hotels, casinos, transportation companies and health care organizations. Mr. Arguello is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for Nevada. Since joining Benson, Bertoldo, Baker & Carter in 2006, Mr. Arguello has been leading the workers' compensation department. His background and expertise to handle difficult cases makes Javier one of the top professionals to represent the injured worker.
